This week on Mixed Media Monday Cindy is issuing a challenge of "romance" in honour of Valentine's Day. It just so happened that I was working on a little workshop I'm taking and my first piece was heart shaped with a lock and key (the key to my heart) - perfect. I followed fairly close to the piece made in the workshop for my first time - there will time to play and be experimental after I learn the basics. The heart is made from a resin clay - a new medium for me, and I really loved working with it. If you're interested in learning about the workshop, click here.
